We will practice mastering the "Super Breath" to reset the body when it feels too excited or upset, and learn how to activate the "Here & Now Scanner" to stay focused on the present moment. The journey also teaches how to spot "Mind Tricks"—those pesky, worried thoughts that try to stop a hero in their tracks—and how to defeat them using confident Power Phrases.
